NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Participants’ Meeting of FHC Retirement Scheme (“the Scheme”) will be held in a hybrid format on Tuesday, 12th November 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Remote access will be facilitated via the Zoom platform and a limited number of members will be hosted at the Summit, (formerly Knutsford Court Hotel) 16 Chelsea Avenue, Kingston 10 for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:
For PENSIONERS AND DEFERRED PENSIONERS to appoint a Pensioner Trustee.
A member entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may appoint another person as his/her proxy to attend and vote in place of him/her and such proxy need not be a member of the scheme.
