FHC Investments Limited is seeking a dynamic Manager – Sales & Client Experience. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader, with a track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities/Core Functions

  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports with a view to maintaining a high standard of compliance, individual performance, client service, client development, and client retention.
  • Help drive and evolve the strategic direction of FHC Investment’s business, taking into consideration factors such as industry trends, regulatory environments, client feedback, revenue opportunity, and competitive analysis.
  • Improve the company’s profitability by actively soliciting prospects and developing new business.
  • Prepare portfolio proposals and generate targeted revenues from the sale of the company’s financial solutions.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews with the team on managing client portfolios.
  • Provide pension advice and portfolio-planning services by determining customers’ needs and presenting them investment options to suit their resources and investment goals.
  • Initiate activities that enhance the company’s presence in the marketplace and actively participate in community and service organisations for the purpose of increasing brand awareness and business development.
  • Attend expos, trade shows, and symposiums that have potential for broadening the client base.
  • Participate in the selection of personnel and assist in the proper training and development of new employees, including succession planning.
  •  Support the development of policies and procedures to aid the sales process while ensuring that all staff remain compliant.
  • Create opportunities for growth and provide one-on-one coaching sessions to aid in team development.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Having an MBA would be an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a related field at a senior level.
  • Proven track record in investment and banking.
  • The qualifications and integrity to be licensed by the Financial Securities Commission.
